St Helens Hospital endoscopy unit

This was achieved through the refurbishment of an existing vacant second floor whitespace and adjacent roof terrace, while the project also included the refurbishment of the existing satellite facilities to house drying rooms.

Our contracts manager maintained close control of the programme and open communication to keep St Helens Hospital and Vinci Facilities informed of all project progress throughout. The refurbishment was successfully completed on programme within the trust’s specified budget and to an exceptionally high level of quality.

Undertaken on a live and occupied acute NHS hospital estate, the works were completed with minimal disruption for all key stakeholders, with no accidents, incidents or near misses occurring on site throughout the project.
