SMD Textiles refurbishment

The mechanical and electrical upgrades included the installation of a new boiler, and associated heating system, and new low power LED lighting throughout to reduce energy use and carbon emissions.

Re-modelling included the demolition of existing partitions and the installation of new partitions, creating new working spaces, with new ceilings, floor coverings and painting and decorating.

Top specification finishes were included throughout this project, reflecting the nature of the business. The project was successfully completed on programme and within the client’s budget while working in a live, occupied, commercial building with minimal disruption to occupants and visitors.
