Beach Road assisted living

The scheme involved the complete renewal of all mechanical and electrical services, new boilers and heating systems, new LED lighting, security, fire detection, and data systems throughout.

It also included the installation of new windows and doors, roofing repairs, damp proofing, insulation, painting, decorating, and flooring to create new, modern, residential homes providing assisted living. The external works included the construction of a bin store, cycle shelter, new fencing and the installation of CCTV.

The project was completed to meet the client’s programme and budget. Taking place on our residential street adjacent to the promenade, our team worked closely with stakeholders to ensure minimal impact on neighbouring properties and businesses.
