The Rethinking construction agenda introduced the idea of long-term relationships and partnering to the construction industry in order to generate greater continuity in workload and to allow for sustained improvements in quality and efficiency. These principles of partnering have been adopted by Warden Construction Limited over the past seven years with the company introducing changing methods of work to provide a wider service which enhances reliability in terms of quality and timescale. Negotiated and partnered work now accounts for more than 50% of our current turnover.

Details of our secured formal partnering agreements are outlined below:

Salford City Council - framework agreement for new build & refurbishment projects, £125k - £500k until 2011.
Lancashire County Council - new build & refurbishment projects up to £1m until 2008.
	University of Manchester - new build & refurbishment projects from £100k up to £1m until 2009.
Greater Manchester Police - new build & refurbishment projects up to £250k until 2008.
Lloyds TSB Bank – store refurbishments and alterations up to £5m.
HSBC Bank – store refurbishments and alterations up to £5m.
Windmill Homes – new build and redevelopment commercial and residential projects throughout northwest projects value.
	Development Partnership Lancashire - new build commercial development projects throughout Lancashire up to £4m.
