Suitable candidates will ideally have experience within both construction and fast track fit out and must have an excellent track record with the ability to take full responsibility for day to day site operations including Health & Safety, programming and progress reporting.

Quantity Surveyor
We require a financially aware Quantity Surveyor. The successful applicant will ideally have previous quantity surveying experience and will undertake a senior role within the commercial team. The position involves the management of all the financial aspects on an interesting variety of new build and refurbishment projects across a broad range of sectors, valued between £100k and £6m. This opportunity to join a successful established company has arisen as a result of controlled growth through secure partnerships and repeat business.

Opportunity for an Experienced Estimator to join a forward thinking regional contractor operating in various market sectors with both blue chip and local clients. Working within the existing Estimating Department producing analytical tenders ranging in value up to approx £6m. Good team member experienced in managing the complete tender process from initial enquiry through to tender adjudication and submission.
Producing tenders from Drawings and Specification, Bills of Quantities, Schedules of Works with experience in Design and Build desirable. With Partnering and Framework contracts forming a large portion of turnover familiarity with these methods of procurement would be an advantage although not essential. General IT skills in MS Outlook, Excel etc required with Causeway Estimating software experience an advantage. Good communication skills with the ability to liaise direct with both clients and designers is essential. Additionally, you will need the dedication and commitment to work within our demanding yet friendly team environment.
Salary is dependant upon experience.
